Closing Soon. Sadly this is to tell you that the last days of our restaurant and cellar door are getting close. We have sold the property and the new owners plan to use the building as a house - therefore we need to vacate the restaurant.

Our last day of service will be Sunday the 25th of September.

There is some good news though.

Our Wines. You will still be able to enjoy Mahurangi River wines locally in restaurants and buy our wines at local liquor stores, the Vintry Matakana and New World in Warkworth. We will be running some super dooper cellar door specials so take this last opportunity to come and visit. After that, this website will become our virtual cellar door.

We are staying local. Shelley and I will continue to live on the farm and, when we are not out there selling the last of our wine stocks, will be actively pursuing our walkways dreams.

Jay Jay, our head chef, will be working in a local venue but we cannot tell you too much about that as yet. Warren is completing the 2016 vintage winemaking for us.
